I'm not your traditional career coach.
Before coaching, I built my career inside startups, first in marketing at a content marketplace, then as a hiring manager in HR tech, where I grew and led remote teams across Indonesia, Taiwan, Thailand, and the U.S.

What level of experience is this designed for?
This is designed for B2B senior marketers in tech with 7–12 years of experience who are qualified for the roles they want, but aren’t seeing the results they should.
Is this only for marketers?

Do I need prior remote experience?
No. Many clients land their first remote role through this program. We focus on positioning your experience so it translates clearly to remote teams.
How much time do I need to invest each week?
The most successful clients spend 10 to 20 hours a week. If you're working full-time, we'll keep things structured so you can build momentum without burning out, but if your job search is your top focus, you'll see results faster.
